Our Holiday Hours

We close for the holidays and our year-end inventory every year from late December to early January. Please take note of the following important dates:

Please be aware that any orders you place during this time will not start shipping until at least January 2nd and possibly later.

If the Product cost less then $25.00, we will ship a replacement and you will not need to return the broken/defective item. We will ship a replacement the first week of January when we re-open. If you don't want a replacement because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift, then a refund will be issued. If the item costs MORE than $25.00: You will need to return the damage item to use. Once we re-open on Jan 2nd, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on returning the item. If you don't want a replacement because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift, PLEASE let use know and we will gave you a refund.

Pre-paid return shipping labels take up to 2 weeks.

If the item costs more than $25.00, we'll mail prepaid return shipping labels. Once the item is received back, we'll credit your account. For these items, we cannot accept a digital photo of damage/defect; the item must be returned.

The bottom line is, we'll do our best to keep our customers happy.
