How Do We Use the Information We Collect?
When you become an cowboygeek.com member, or place an order, we ask you to fill out a form that requests your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address as well as some demographic information such as date of birth. cowboygeek.com will NOT share data with untrusted partners.
Your name and address information is used solely to process orders unless your prior consent is given. Without your consent, this information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfillment.
Your demographic information (gender, date of birth, etc.) will be used for several security purposes, to ensure you are who you say you are and in fact you are paying with your credit cards and not someone using your stolen credit cards.
Account holder data is reused on next order for your convenience not ours. All non-account holders will have to reenter data each time you order. This data will be held electronically until the end of return period. After this time your data will be removed form our servers and placed on hold with required tax documents for up to 3 three years before its destroyed. Account holders will be deleted after 1 one year of inactivity. You well get no nag messages telling you that the account is about to be deleted. When you ask to be deleted, your account and all information with your name well be removed up to what the law requires us to maintain. As a rule, we will never use your full name on reviews, or testimonials given. They are not attached to your account or need one to submit ether.

We do not use any third party tracking service to track you our adds from such service that fails to meet our standards!

We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. cowboygeek.com does not store this information and uses it for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

We do all we can to prevent unwanted emails leaving our web site. As such, we will never send emails out without you signing up for it or to follow up on a order. Because we are so against sending spam, we are even more against receiving it. We will list any offending/unwanted email addresses to our blacklist and banned/remove any user that sends us or any one of our members spam! Our blacklist is made available to everyone including search engines.
If you supply us with your postal address online you may receive mailings from us with information on new products or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by writing to us at the address below. Please provide us with your exact name and address. We will be sure your name is removed from the list.
